Cinnamon
Powdered it is used for decoration, left in pieces it is used for hot drinks, like mulled wine and punch. There is also cinnamonoil that is used to aromatize drinks.

Citron Juice
German meaning of Lime Juice.

Cloves
These are dried buds of the clove tree, growing in tropical areas. Flavour and smell are strong because of the ethereal oils. It is used to produce liqueurs, spice syrup and to spice hot drinks.

Club-Soda
This means soda water in a 0,2 -l- glass.

Cocoa Powder
This is often used instead of chocolate rasps.

Coconut-Cream
This is consistent syrup made of the milk of the coconut, it is basis for many drinks, especially for Pina Coladas.

Coconut Rasps
They are made of the dried pulp of the coconut and are used for decoration.

Coconut milk
You can get it fresh and thickened, often used to mix Coladas and Tropicanas.

Coconut
Coconut is the fruit of the Coconut tree with a very hart, stony skin and white pulp and watery coconut milk. Spirits is made of fermented coconut milk, but Coconut Cream and Coconut Liqueur are made of fresh coconut milk. Coconut rasps (dried, pulverized pulp) is used for decoration.

Coke
It is a collective word for flavoured waters, which are made of extracts of the coke-nut and other plants, it is sparkling and also consists of sugar and koffein. Recently there are also cokes named 'light' because synthetic sweetener is used instead of sugar. Now it is more and more common that cokes are made without Koffein, so they are Koffein-free.
Known products: Coca-coke, Coca-coke-light, Pepsi-coke, Afri-coke, Canada-dry-coke.
