- 10 cl Mineralwasser
- 2 El Eiweißpulver
- 2 Bl Ahornsirup
- 2 cl Zitronensaft
- 1 Pfirsich

- 4 Himbeere
- 1 Limonadenlöffel
- 1 Trinkhalm
Preparation
- Preparation: Mixer
- Glass: Kelch groß
- Hint: Das Himbeerpüree zuerst in das Glas geben dann das gemixte, zuletzt das Vanilleeis
