Terms and conditions for contracts with consumers

§ 1 Scope

(1) These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of

§ 2 Conclusion

§ 3 Youth Protection

§ 4 Prices

§ 5 Returns

§ 6 delivery and self-delivery of title

§ 7 Payment

(1) For deliveries within Germany, the Seller offers the following payment options, provided that the relevant product description in the offer otherwise provides:

(3) A right to offset the customer only if his counterclaims are legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by the seller.

(4) The buyer may exercise a lien only if the claims from the same contractual relationship.

§ 8 Retention of title

The goods remain until full payment property of the seller. Before transfer of ownership is a pledge, security transfer, processing or transformation is not allowed without our agreement.

§ 9 Revocation for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB
