You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at more great products to a maximum of 40 EUR. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, where the value loss is due to a necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods handling.

(2) Please avoid damage and contamination. Please send the goods back as possible in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to the vendor. Use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide a suitable package for adequate protection from damage during transport to avoid damage claims because of damage due to faulty packaging.
